Chiapas Marago Finca Hamburgo

A single-origin coffee from Finca Hamburgo, located in the Tapachula region of Chiapas, Mexico, at 1,250 meters above sea level. The farm was founded in 1888 by Arthur Edelmann and is still managed by the Edelmann family. The coffee features the Maragogipe varietal — a natural mutation of Typica discovered in 1870, known for its especially large leaves and internodes, prized for its character and flavor potential. Processed using the washed method. Grown on fertile volcanic soils of the Soconusco region.
