This honey-processed coffee originates from Menglian, Pu'er region in Yunnan, China, grown at 1450 meters altitude by the Menglian cooperative. The coffee is made from Catimor variety beans. The honey processing method highlights flavor notes of orange marmalade, graham cracker, and vanilla bean.
Founded in 2012 by Christopher Hall, who began roasting in a Portland OR apartment before establishing a dedicated roasting facility, Push x Pull has become known for their expertise with natural process coffees and experimental processing methods.
