A single-origin coffee from Sky Villa farm in Lujiangba, Baoshan, Yunnan, grown at 1500–1700 m. Catimor variety processed as a natural with anaerobic double fermentation (yeast-fermented). Dark-roast profile with bold, wine-like character and tasting notes of red wine, Pu'er tea, blackberry, and brandy, offering pronounced sweetness and a rich aftertaste.
