About This Coffee

This signature blend combines coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, and India sourced from various regions at altitudes between 900-1,350 meters. The blend uses mixed varieties processed through pulped natural and washed methods. The darker roast profile produces rich and dark crema with nutty and chocolate flavors at the forefront, complemented by hints of dried fruits. It features a full body and gentle acidity, making it suitable for large lattes and appealing to classic coffee drinkers.

UE Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 by Dominic Boyett in Witney, Oxfordshire, with the roastery established in 2012. The team brings over 50 years of combined experience in specialty coffee and roasts Monday through Friday at their production facility, which is visible to visitors through the adjoining roastery café. They source from 58 farms through direct, long standing trading relationships, and every wholesale partner receives on site quality control visits every six weeks. Beyond roasting, the business offers SCA barista training courses, equipment rental programmes, loose leaf tea blending, and a white label roasting service. All packaging is 100% recyclable, and the company works with machine partners including Victoria Arduino, Conti, Rocket, and Mahlkonig.
