This coffee is produced on the Clave de Sol farm in the village of El Rincon in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras at 1300 meters altitude. The farm spans 8.5 hectares and is managed by Betty, a third-generation producer. The main varieties cultivated are Icatu and Typica, with additional production of Bourbon, Lempira and Parainema. The farm operates under an agroforestry system with its own mill, using organic fertilizers and shade trees to preserve local fauna and flora.
