This coffee is from the Selguapa region of Honduras, located in the Montecillos mountain range at 1700 meters above sea level. It is produced by Clementino Ramirez and processed using a 96-hour fermentation washed method. The varieties are Typica and Bourbon. The coffee offers juicy and bright character with zesty acidity, featuring flavor notes of orange blossom and guava, with a silky body reminiscent of red apple sweetness. This is a filter roast.
