Cocondo Natural is a Colombian coffee from Finca Cocondo Orgánico, located in the Vereda La Meseta area of Titiribí, Antioquia, at 1600 meters altitude. The farm is run by Luis Emilio Velez, who transformed it into the first certified organic coffee producer in the region. The coffee is made from Caturra and Colombia varieties, processed using the natural/dry method, with cherries dried on African beds. It offers a rich flavor profile with notes of cherry, orange, and brandy. Roasted light, recommended for filter preparation.
