It features Pink Bourbon cultivar (and other noted varieties on the estate), processed via Coconut Co-Ferment as part of the Innovation Series, and roasted to a Light profile. Flavor notes include Coconut, Sweet Berries, and Citrus Fruits, with Medium acidity and a Silky body.
