This seasonal espresso blend combines 75% Brazil Fazenda Matão Natural 2024/2025 with 25% Colombia Finca La Noria Semi-Washed. Named after the Amazon, which connects both origin countries, this blend unites two distinct specialty arabica coffees. The Brazilian component contributes body, sweet chocolate and hazelnut flavors, while the Colombian coffee adds sweetness and bright acidity. As espresso, it offers aromas of stone fruits and chocolate with a juicy, viscous body. Predominant flavors include cocoa and panela with notes of hazelnut and mandarin. With milk, it develops caramel and milk chocolate notes with a creamy body, maintaining stone fruit and mandarin characteristics.

Randall Coffee Roasters was founded in 2013 by Barry Randall and Miguel inside Mercado de Vallehermoso, one of Madrid's revitalised market halls. They were among the first micro roasteries in the city's specialty coffee scene. Single origin coffees are roasted weekly for freshness and supplied to several Madrid businesses. The operation also distributes premium equipment from brands like La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino, and provides consulting for new coffee space openings, covering everything from space planning to licensing.
