Rosslyn Coffee was founded in 2018 by Mat Russell and James Hennebry, two hospitality professionals from Australia and Ireland respectively. Built for speed without cutting corners, Rosslyn has become known for serving a high volume of drinks while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a genuinely welcoming service style.
