The variety is 100% Arabica Catuaí Vermelho, processed naturally. It presents flavor notes of apple, blueberry, chocolate, and hazelnut. The Lacerda family is among the most awarded specialty coffee producers in Brazil, with the farm certified for traceability and sustainability in the Serra do Caparaó region.
