Single origin Guatemala coffee grown at 4000-5000 feet elevation. Premium Arabica beans processed using the washed method and decaffeinated with the Swiss Water process, which is 100% organic and chemical-free, using only pure water to remove caffeine. This organic and Fairtrade certified coffee features flavor notes of malt and milk chocolate, with a light sweet milk chocolate flavor and smooth finish in the cup.
Caribbrew was founded by Beverly Malbranche, operating since 2018 in Newark, New Jersey, with a mission to showcase and promote coffee from the Caribbean islands. The roastery focuses exclusively on Caribbean origins including Jamaica, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti, sourcing through direct trade relationships with farmers and cooperatives. All coffee is roasted in small batches to highlight the unique flavour profiles of each island's growing regions. McCurdy has built the business around educating customers on Caribbean coffee history and culture alongside retail, wholesale, and online sales.
