This blend combines coffee from Colombia and Ethiopia. The Colombian coffee is washed processed, and the Ethiopian coffee, from Bishan Fugu Farmer Association at 1900-2250m altitude, is natural processed and sun-dried on raised beds. The blend is designed for cold brew and flash chill applications with bright flavors and tasting notes of caramel, citrus, and dried apricot.
