Grown on garden farms at 1,950–2,000 meters altitude using mixed cropping on plots of 0.1 to 0.5 hectares. Varieties include endemic Heirloom cultivars alongside JARC selections 74110 and 74112. Cherries are dried on African raised beds for 15 to 21 days with double sorting for quality. Tasting notes include honey, fresh strawberry, and white tea, with a rich, creamy, and vibrant profile.
