Colombia Alirio Penna is a single-origin coffee from Inzá, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1900 meters. Varieties Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo were washed, fermented ~24 hours and dried on raised beds. The cup shows bright citrus and orange notes with fresh fig, maple and allspice; a light, balanced filter roast.
