This coffee is from Asobombo, a coffee farmers' cooperative from the Huila region in southern Colombia. The cooperative unites approximately 170 small producers, with half of the members being women. The farms are located at elevations between 1,600 and 2,000 meters above sea level. The coffee is certified organic under the USDA Organic standard and is fully washed, with fermentation lasting 12 to 36 hours, followed by drying on raised beds or patios. The main varieties include Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, and Geisha.
Memories Coffee Company is a Dubai based roastery delivering freshly roasted specialty coffee across the UAE. They source from farms and cooperatives in Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Brazil, and Indonesia, and visited origin partners at World of Coffee 2024 to deepen those relationships. Sustainability and eco friendly practices are central to the operation. Their range includes single origins, drip bags for travel, and a Turkish coffee line. The roastery is managed in partnership with Leto Caffe.
