This is a Colombian decaf coffee from the Atunkaa farmer association. The caffeine was removed using the Sugar Cane Decaf method. It has a medium-full body, high sweetness of ripe plums and sugar syrup, and low acidity. Roasted as an omniroast suitable for both espresso and filtered coffee.
