A single-origin Colombia coffee from the El Vergel / Black Condor project in Tolima, produced by the Bayter family. Grown at 1600–1950 m and composed of the Castillo variety, the lot is washed processed. Tasting notes list pink grapefruit, raspberry, plum, lime and cacao, with a smooth body and a lingering finish of milk chocolate and black currant.
