About This Coffee

A decaffeinated coffee from Finca Janeiro in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1,880 meters altitude near Inza and the city of Popayan. The farm benefits from a stable year-round climate, volcanic soil, and protection from Pacific humidity by surrounding mountains. Processed using the Fully Washed Sugar Cane (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination method, which removes at least 97% of caffeine without added chemicals. Multiple varieties. Flavor notes include chocolate, caramel, and grape. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
