Colombia Cauca Organic is a single-origin coffee grown in the Cauca region of Colombia. Grown at 900–1,650 meters, it is fully washed and sun-dried, with a bright, structured cup featuring citrus-forward acidity and tropical sweetness, complemented by a chocolate finish. Certifications include Fair Trade and Organic.
Webe Coffee opened in Phoenix in early 2023, founded by TJ Sutton after a ten month buildout of the original location. The roastery operates a 20 kilogram production roaster alongside an Ikawa Pro sample roaster, sourcing specialty grade beans from origins including Colombia and Ethiopia. Sustainability is woven into the daily operation, from compostable packaging to donating used coffee grounds to local composters. It is a young roastery building its identity around intention and care at every step of the process.
