A single-origin coffee from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, cultivated by the Nasa indigenous community at altitudes of 1500–2150 meters. This microlot is 100% Arabica Caturra variety — a natural mutation of Red Bourbon — hand-picked selecting only the ripest cherries, then dried on raised African beds under controlled conditions. Processed naturally, it offers flavor notes of passion fruit, orange, and chocolate.
