A 100% Caturra Arabica coffee from Quindío, Armenia, Colombia, grown at 1,350–1,400 meters altitude on fertile volcanic soil. Produced by Jairo Arcila at Fazenda Casa Negras, with over 40 years of experience. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, fermented in water for 30 hours, and then dried under controlled conditions. The result is a washed coffee with a vibrant acidity, rich body, and a clean, lingering finish, featuring flavor notes of cocoa, spices, and caramel.
