Colombia Coffee

A washed medium roast from the Huila region of Colombia, sourced through the COOCENTRAL cooperative representing 4,000 farmers across seven municipalities. Grown at 1,400–2,000 meters in volcanic soil, this high-altitude coffee develops dense beans with bright citrus and delicate black tea notes alongside apricot sweetness. The washed processing creates clean, bright flavors with balanced acidity and medium body, suited for drip, pour over, and French press brewing.
