This coffee comes from Finca Cultivares in Colombia and features a blend of Bourbon and Sidra varieties. It is processed using anaerobic washed method, which involves controlled fermentation without oxygen before the traditional washing process. The coffee is categorized as a filter roast, suitable for pour-over and drip brewing methods.
