About This Coffee

A single-origin Arabica coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by various smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,200 and 2,100 meters. The 2020 harvest features Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varieties. Decaffeinated in Colombia using the natural Ethyl Acetate (E.A.) De Caña process, derived from fermented sugar. Medium roast (City+) with fruit sweetness aroma, and flavors of fruit sweetness and caramel, medium body, and a prolonged aftertaste.
