Colombia Dulima Washed

A washed coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by smallholder farmers under the Dulima project, which was established in 2009 to capture the classic flavor profile of central and southern Huila. Grown at altitudes of 1,500–2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee is made from Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia (Arabica) varieties. Selected lots are curated at origin through strict sensory analysis to ensure consistent quality. The profile features balanced acidity and sweetness.
