El Buho is a washed decaf coffee sourced from multiple farmers in the Huila and Tolima regions of Colombia at 1500-1900 meters altitude. The coffee features Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties processed using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) decaffeination method combined with high mountain spring water. This gentle process maintains the bean's natural structure. The coffee offers flavor notes of toasted nuts, golden syrup, and lemonade.
Stay High Coffee Roasters was launched in London in February 2023 by Tom and Kat, who met while working as baristas. They are passionate about ethical sourcing and sustainability, with a focus on light to medium roasts that create sweet and balanced coffees.
