Rye Island Roastery

Rye Island Roastery was officially founded in June 2020 on Žitný Ostrov, the large river island in southwestern Slovakia known for its peaceful agricultural landscape. The team had been building roasting experience well before the launch date, and they work on a Garanti roaster, adapting each profile to the character and origin of the bean to achieve clean, clear cups with distinctive flavor. From those local beginnings the roastery has built a customer base that now extends beyond Slovakia's borders, driven by a philosophy that balances precision with a willingness to experiment. Their catalog rotates seasonally, and the company positions itself as a community that invites drinkers to discover new dimensions of the coffee world alongside them.
