Colombia - El Diviso Java is a light-roast coffee from the El Diviso farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by Nestor Lasso Zúñiga at 1750 masl. The Java variety is washed (depulped, 48-hour fermentation in water, fully washed) and dried on raised beds for 15–20 days. Tasting notes include dried dates, mint chocolate chip, cardamom, and caraway, with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
