This single-origin coffee from Finca El Eden in Colombia's Huila region features Purple Caturra and Bourbon varieties grown at 1,500 meters altitude. It undergoes the innovative Sangria Washed process, which infuses the beans with red fruit juice and liqueur, followed by 190 hours of fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and yeast. The resulting cup is bright and fruity with notes of cranberry, raspberry, pomegranate, hibiscus, rose tea, and passion fruit, finishing with a sweet, lingering quality reminiscent of red grapes and tropical fruits.
