Colombia El Indio is a naturally processed Caturra from the Tolima region, specifically Planadas, grown at 1500-2150 meters altitude by approximately 175 smallholder farming families. This single-origin coffee features a juicy, boozy profile with prominent tasting notes of blackberry and cherry, along with sweet and funky characteristics. The coffee is sourced through Cofinet and produced by ASOPEP and ASCI'SP farmer associations, emphasizing clean fermentation and layered complexity.
Stay High Coffee Roasters was launched in London in February 2023 by Tom and Kat, who met while working as baristas. They are passionate about ethical sourcing and sustainability, with a focus on light to medium roasts that create sweet and balanced coffees.
