A single‑origin coffee from El Mirador farm (Elkin Guzman) in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1550–1680 m. The F1 hybrid variety Catiope is processed as a Pink Champagne Washed: cherries are infused with blackberry, strawberry and molasses, pulped, then subjected to extended anaerobic fermentation (140+ hours, pH <4). Light roasted, it delivers bright, fruit-forward flavors of raspberry, rose tea, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and acerola.
