This coffee comes from Finca El Paraiso in Piendamo, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 2,050 meters above sea level by Diego Samuel. The variety is Bourbon, processed using Anaerobic Fermentation Natural method. Cupping notes include stonefruit, blueberry cheesecake, papaya, blueberries, peach, nectarine, longan, and tropical fruits in the flavor, with a peach tea-like finish. The body is described as round, smooth, and silky with medium-high sweetness and acidity. Sold as 200g whole bean.
