About This Coffee

This coffee is from El Roble farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, at 1740 meters above sea level. Produced by Dionel Chilito, a third-generation coffee farmer. The variety is Geisha, processed using the washed method with 36 hours of wet fermentation after depulping, followed by 17 days of drying in a drying house with plastic roof protection. The cherries are selectively harvested under strict standards with defective cherries removed through flotation. Picked in August 2025 and arrived in November 2025.
