It is a washed coffee with double fermentation: first fermenting the whole cherry for 48 hours, then wet fermentation after depulping, followed by 15 days of drying on beds. The varieties are Sidra and Geisha. Tasting notes include lemongrass, floral, and white tea characteristics. This coffee scored 87 points in cupping.
