A micro/nanolot coffee from Finca Bet-el, an agroforestry farm in Colombia managed by Cesar Ledesma. The farm grows varieties including Pink Bourbon, Sudan Rume, Geisha, Castillo, and Yellow Tabi, without the use of pesticides. This lot was carefully hand-picked, anaerobically fermented for 86 hours, and then sun-dried. It features a vibrant, explosive flavor profile with abundant sweetness, complexity, and balanced acidity, with notes of strawberry milkshake, lemonade, and gummy candy.
