This Yellow Geisha coffee comes from Finca El Paraiso in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1960 meters altitude by farmer Diego Bermudez. The coffee is processed using a Double Anaerobic method, which contributes to its distinctive flavor profile featuring peach, lychee, strawberry, and rose notes, with delicate bergamot undertones.
