This coffee is from Finca La Fuente farm in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia, produced by Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo. The farm is situated between 1825 and 2000 meters above sea level. The Pink Bourbon variety is grown according to organic and biodynamic practices. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds covered by shade nets to slow down the drying process. The high elevation allows slow ripening that builds up sugars and complex flavors. The flavor profile features red berries, fruity notes, and an elegant character.
