This coffee is from Finca La Fuente in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia, produced by Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo. The farm is situated between 1825 and 2000 meters above sea level. It is a Pink Bourbon variety, fully washed and dried on raised beds covered by shade nets. The farm is cultivated according to organic and biodynamic practices. The high elevation and cooler temperatures allow for slow ripening that builds up sugars and complex flavors. Flavor notes include red berries, fruity, and elegant characteristics.
