This coffee is a Tabi variety produced by brothers Diego and Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores in Colombia. The Tabi variety is a hybrid developed from Bourbon and Typica ancestors. It is processed using an experimental washed method that showcases meticulous fermentation techniques. The coffee features jasmine-like florals, bright citrus notes, and a silky tea-like body with a clean, vibrant, and crisp sweet finish. Lightly roasted to preserve delicate aromatics.
