About This Coffee

This Pacamara coffee is from Finca Santa Mónica in the Armenia, Quindio region of Colombia, grown at 1450-1500 meters altitude by producer Jairo Arcila. The coffee is processed using Natural EF2 (extended fermentation), which intensifies its depth and complexity. The flavor profile features vibrant pineapple acidity with ripe fruit sweetness of kyoho grape and peach, a velvety body, and a lingering finish of orange blossom. The coffee is roasted for filter brewing.

Tad Coffee Company

Terence Tan, Singapore's National Barista Champion in 2017, founded Tad Coffee Company in 2018 alongside a group of friends with a combined 30 years of experience across roasting, barista training, and operations. The roastery holds Halal certification and sources from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Sumatra, with the team providing SCA and ASEAN Coffee Federation certified training programs. Tad's blends earned consecutive Bronze awards at the Australian International Coffee Awards in 2019 and 2020, and their Ethiopia Moyo Nyekundu G1 took Bronze in the Pour Over Single Origin category in 2022. Tan went on to win the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship in 2023.
