This single-origin coffee comes from Gaitania and Planadas in Tolima, Colombia, produced by the Nasa Wesx community. Grown at 1700–1900 m above sea level, the lot comprises Caturra and Typica varieties processed as Myta (washed). Tasting notes include chocolate, caramel, and orange. The beans are roasted to a medium level and received an SCA score of 86.
