This single-origin Red Bourbon from Finca Catalan de Las Mercedes in Nariño (Galeras) is grown at 1600–1900 m and processed using a honey method. Decaffeinated via a natural sugarcane (Sugarcane EA Decaf) process, it offers caramel, milk chocolate, apple and lemon notes, with honey and bergamot highlights and a medium roast body.
