Grown at 1,600–1,700 meters altitude, the coffee features the Tabi, Castillo, and Caturra varieties. Roasted as a filter coffee, it offers flavor notes of chocolate, brittle (Krokant), and honeydew melon. Huila is renowned for its fine acidity, balanced body, and full-bodied sweetness, with volcanic soils contributing to rich, nutrient-dense growing conditions.
