This single origin coffee is produced by Viviana Realpe from her 7-hectare farm in El Mesón, Huila, Colombia. It is a Pink Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. The coffee features a remarkably well-balanced profile with brown sugar sweetness, citrus brightness, sweet fruit quality, and a delicate floral aroma. Tasting notes include brown sugar, white grape, plum, and blood orange. Viviana is a member of Asociación Los Guacharos, a group of quality-focused small producers in Southern Huila who are collectively converting to organic agriculture.
