This coffee is sourced from the Huila region in the Andes Mountains of southern Colombia, where volcanic soil and high elevation create ideal growing conditions. Produced by smallholder farmers, this lot consists of Caturra and Typica varieties. The coffee is traditionally processed by depulping cherries with hand-cranked machines and drying them on raised beds. This Rainforest Alliance-certified coffee offers a balanced and smooth profile with distinct flavor notes of red pear, white tea, and honey.
