About This Coffee

This is a microlot coffee from Inmaculada coffee farms in Colombia, produced by the Holguin family who have been farming in the region for over 90 years. The coffee is the rare Striped Bourbon varietal, grown at 1700-2000 meters altitude in Pichinde, Cali. It is processed using natural methods and features tasting notes of pear, golden syrup, and hazelnut with gingerbread biscuit aroma. The coffee has medium acidity and medium body.
