This coffee is sourced from the Piendamó region in the Cauca Department of Colombia, grown by members of the Asociación de Caficultores del Cauca (ACC) at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,100 meters. It is a Castillo variety coffee processed using the washed method. The cup profile features notes of orange, nettle tea, and star anise. This coffee is suitable for various filter brewing methods and is also available in an espresso roast.
