Radial Coffee Co. opened in December 2023 in Vernon, Connecticut, co founded by Dipen Shah, Tejah Shah, Steve Brodrick, and Barbara Brodrick. Head roaster Adam Bonaccorsi brings over twenty years of coffee expertise, including building the coffee program at Tree House Brewing in Massachusetts. Roasting on a Loring S7 Nighthawk, Adam aims for a balance between sweetness and acidity while keeping profiles on the lighter side, making specialty coffee approachable without sacrificing complexity. Sourcing is exclusively Latin American: Guatemalan coffees come through Pablo and Eva Del Cid of Quality Coffees, Colombian lots arrive via Arango Specialty Coffee, and decaf is supplied by Red Fox Coffee Importers. Radial returns to the same producers year after year, prioritizing long term relationships and sustainability over novelty.
