This specialty coffee is from the La Cocha farm in the Nariño region of Colombia, grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 2,300 meters. The coffee is washed processed and consists of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. The flavor profile features cane sugar, cocoa, caramel, mandarin, and raisin notes, with medium-high acidity that is malic and citric.

One More is a specialty coffee and tea house based in Rubi, just outside Barcelona. They work exclusively with SCA certified specialty coffees scoring 80 points or above, sourcing directly from producing regions in Central and South America, East Africa, and Asia. The roastery won a Spain Artisanal Coffee Award in 2022/23. Alongside coffee, they carry over 100 varieties of tea and supply formats for restaurants and businesses. They also run training sessions at their roastery to share specialty coffee knowledge.
